Reporting a Safety Concern

If something about a booking felt unsafe or inappropriate and it isn't an active emergency, report it to PlatedUp so it can be reviewed.

How to report

Contact PlatedUp Support with your booking details and a description of what happened. Include dates, names, and any relevant details you're comfortable sharing.
